- All products listed in the categories are open to order. Customers should select the products, add them to the cart and place an order at their address.
Can I Change my order?
- Orders are shipped as soon as possible after they are received. We cannot change the order after the cargo order has been received.
- The customer can return his order and has the right to return for unwanted products. For more information, please visit the Returns Policy Page or the Contact Page.
How can I track my order?
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a cargo tracking number and you can track your order.
There is a missing item in my order, what can I do?

I have a damaged product in my order, what can I do?

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order
- We send order confirmation to your e-mail address after you order. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received order confirmation, please visit the contact page.

- It has an estimated time of arrival. However, there is no time guarantee.
